Ten Lessons From 2010

Ten Lessons from 2010.

If you ask a girl what type of music she likes, and she says “oh, whatever is on the radio”, don’t bother with a second date.

Sometimes it is better to pay money to shoot on a location instead of getting one for free. When you pay money, you can’t be kicked off prematurely.

Pants with buttons instead of a zipper are fine, unless you’re drunk.

3D technology has really developed. Avatar did things with 3D I didn’t think were possible.

3D movies can really suck if not done right. I’m looking at you Clash of the Titans.

That sometimes you can’t separate an artist from their work. I’ll never see another Mel Gibson film.

Sometimes you can. Kanye West may have an ego the size of China, but the man has talent and gave us one of the best albums we’ve heard in a while, of any genre. He won me back over as a fan.

I can sleep through an earthquake.

Buy an external hard drive and backup your computer. My laptop got a corrupted hard drive and I almost lost everything. I now have everything backed up. Shell out $60 and do the same.

That even if you didn’t reach all your goals for the year, if you made progress towards them, it still makes it a good year. 2010 was a good year. 2011 is going to be great.
